COVID-19

We understand the growing concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) across communities, and our hearts go out to all those who have been personally impacted. As pet parents, we understand you may have specific questions about how to keep your pets and families safe, and we are here to be a support to you through answering your questions and offering exceptional care to your pets.

In an effort to help contain the virus to protect your families and ours, we have taken numerous actions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Among Those actions are a number of steps we have taken internally that we hope will allow us to continue to provide you with uninterrupted service during these times of uncertainty. We have increased both the frequency and scope of operational cleaning in our facilities in accordance with CDC recommendations. Based on the current guidance, we will remain open for business and will keep our normal open hours of Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and Sat 8am-2-pm.

If you have questions about an appointment you have scheduled, please call the clinic at (915)-833-0645.

We do ask that you will refrain from coming to our facility if:
You are ill or someone you have been in contact with is ill, or has recently been ill, or if you have recently traveled (specifically internationally) to areas with known outbreaks of COVID-19.

We want you to be put at ease that we are still upholding our high standard of cleanliness and disinfection between interacting with patients. You may see us exercising further personal protection through avoiding handshakes, and wearing protective equipment such as masks.

In regard to the safety of your pet from the virus, to date, there is no evidence that pets can become ill from the virus. We have provided a helpful link for you to read about any risk to your pet. This is the current stance we have taken on the risk to your pets until more developments on the virus prove otherwise.
